Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Reply Assistant handles information when you use its Chrome extension and managed AI service.

Information we process

• Active conversation content: contact name and messages already loaded in the LinkedIn conversation you open. Full message text is read only after you choose Start or use the paste fallback.
• Google sign-in: a Google OAuth access token is used to verify your account. The service stores a one-way hash derived from your stable Google account identifier, not your password or email address.
• Local preferences: interface language, profile guidance, preferred tone, phrases, and examples you explicitly save are kept in Chrome local storage.
• Service records: daily usage date and count, Bonus Credits, referral and Promo Code records, entitlements, and usage metadata such as operation, result, error code, debit source, and time.

How we use information

We use active conversation content only to generate the summary, reply directions, drafts, and refinements you request. We use the hashed account identifier and service records to provide credits, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

Storage and retention

Complete LinkedIn conversations, prompts containing conversation text, and generated replies are not stored in account or usage databases. Local preferences remain on your device until you remove them. Account, credit, referral, redemption, and content-free usage records remain until the account is deleted or they are no longer needed to operate and protect the service. After deletion, a separate non-reversible anti-abuse marker remains to prevent same-day free-credit resets and repeated promotional rewards.

Service providers

Information is transmitted over HTTPS. Google provides account authentication, OpenAI processes requested AI assistance, and Cloudflare hosts the managed service. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Google user data

Reply Assistant requests only basic Google identity scopes needed for sign-in. It does not request or access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or other Google product content. Google user data is used only to authenticate the account and is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for unrelated purposes.

Your choices

You control when AI processing begins. You may edit, copy, or insert a reply, but the extension never sends a LinkedIn message. You can clear local data in Settings and delete your service account as described on the Account Deletion page.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy as the product changes. The current version and its update date will remain available at this URL.
